Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workforce analysis and identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity
• Support training, change management, and communication efforts related to AI adoption
• Track workforce KPIs and stay updated on workforce modernization and AI trends

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in workforce planning, HR strategy, or related consulting
• Exposure to AI/automation concepts and enthusiasm for workforce innovation
• Experience working cross-functionally and driving projects to completion
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a related field preferred
