Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in workforce planning, HR strategy, or related consulting
- Exposure to AI/automation concepts and enthusiasm for workforce innovation
- Experience working cross-functionally and driving projects to completion
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a related field preferred
