Responsibilities
• Build candidate pipelines through various job boards.
• Screen candidates and present them to recruiters.
• Set up interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist in coordinating hiring events.
• Follow up with partners to build candidate pipelines.
• Extend offers to candidates.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
• Technical skill sets in maintenance, engineering, technicians, and control systems techs.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
