Recruiting Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Systems Specialist responsible for supporting and optimizing recruitment systems for Physician and APP Recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Workday core business functionality, troubleshoot user issues, and address data discrepancies
• Provide training on system updates and enhancements to the recruitment team
• Oversee data integrity within Workday and Beamery, and track recruitment metrics for compliance and improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of Physician and Executive recruitment experience or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of technical CRM and ATS experience as an end user and subject matter expert
• 5 years of experience with various CRMs, ATS, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Knowledge of compliance with Federal, State, and other regulatory bodies
