Key Responsibilities

- Support succession planning and upskilling initiatives for Store Managers
- Ensure compliance with state laws and leverage technology for improved experiences
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of employment law, compensation, and employee relations
- Understanding of data analysis for insights and recommendations
- Field HR experience is preferred
- Certification in HR (HRCI or SHRM) is highly desired
