Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager for the West Coast markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy people strategies to enhance talent selection, development, and retention
• Support succession planning and upskilling initiatives for Store Managers
• Ensure compliance with state laws and leverage technology for improved experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience
• Knowledge of employment law, compensation, and employee relations
• Understanding of data analysis for insights and recommendations
• Field HR experience is preferred
• Certification in HR (HRCI or SHRM) is highly desired
