A company is looking for a Senior Director, Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to shape Total Rewards programs that attract and retain talent
  • Provide consultative leadership on global compensation decisions and policies
  • Lead the design and implementation of global benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Total Rewards experience in a global organization
  • Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience in compensation and benefits
  • Experience with Compensation Committee processes and/or in a Private Equity backed or public company environment
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on equity compensation
  • Deep knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
