A company is looking for a Senior Director, Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to shape Total Rewards programs that attract and retain talent
- Provide consultative leadership on global compensation decisions and policies
- Lead the design and implementation of global benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Total Rewards experience in a global organization
- Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience in compensation and benefits
- Experience with Compensation Committee processes and/or in a Private Equity backed or public company environment
- Strong business acumen with a focus on equity compensation
- Deep knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
