Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Talent Operations to lead the strategy and execution of its talent marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet talent and client expectations for speed and quality
• Optimize talent supply processes while ensuring high-caliber talent satisfaction and client experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale operations with supply/demand components
• Proven ability to formulate and execute business unit Key Performance Indicators
• Experience with analytics and business insights for strategic planning
• Understanding of Data Architecture and Analytics toolkits and languages
