A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to manage North American benefits programs on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive relationships with third-party brokers for health and retirement program administration
- Manage employee inquiries and issues regarding benefits
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to benefits programs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in employee benefits administration or related fields
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, human resources, or a related field
- Experience with HR information systems, preferably Oracle HCM
- Knowledge of benefit laws and regulations, including ACA and ERISA
- CBP/CEBS certification or coursework preferred
