Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to manage North American benefits programs on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive relationships with third-party brokers for health and retirement program administration
  • Manage employee inquiries and issues regarding benefits
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to benefits programs
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in employee benefits administration or related fields
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, human resources, or a related field
  • Experience with HR information systems, preferably Oracle HCM
  • Knowledge of benefit laws and regulations, including ACA and ERISA
  • CBP/CEBS certification or coursework preferred
