  • Collaborate with benefits teams to ensure a cohesive Total Rewards strategy and support HRIS integrations for compensation processes
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in compensation, including 3 years in a senior analyst or program manager role
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics platforms
  • Experience with HRIS systems for administering compensation programs
  • Knowledge of pay transparency regulations and equity compensation administration
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders
