Key Responsibilities

- Lead analytics and reporting on compensation effectiveness, utilizing tools like Excel and Power BI
- Collaborate with benefits teams to ensure a cohesive Total Rewards strategy and support HRIS integrations for compensation processes
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in compensation, including 3 years in a senior analyst or program manager role
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics platforms
- Experience with HRIS systems for administering compensation programs
- Knowledge of pay transparency regulations and equity compensation administration
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders
