Job Summary

A company is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner, remote based in EST.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and guidance on employee relations and performance management for a global workforce
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Collaborate with hiring managers on talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, behavioral science, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in a generalist or HR business partner role within a global organization
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR practices in the US
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
