Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR support and guidance on employee relations and performance management for a global workforce
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Collaborate with hiring managers on talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, behavioral science, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in a generalist or HR business partner role within a global organization
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR practices in the US
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
