Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in People/HR roles, with 3+ years in a leadership or strategic HRBP capacity
- Proven track record in building or scaling people functions across various HR areas
- Experience in designing equitable compensation and growth pathways
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance and best practices for remote or hybrid teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
