Workday Talent Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Talent Lead to oversee the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Talent and Performance modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Talent & Performance implementations and enhancements
• Design and configure Workday Talent modules including goals, feedback, performance reviews, and succession planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Workday capabilities with business processes and talent strategies

Required Qualifications

• Workday Certification in Talent and Performance (Compensation and Advanced Compensation a plus)
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Talent implementations, including at least two full lifecycle deployments
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and Workday module functionality
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university preferred
• Completion of one full implementation with Workday Financials and Workday certification in Financials
