A company is looking for a Payroll and Benefits Specialist (Part-time).
Key Responsibilities
- Process full cycle semi-monthly, multi-state U.S. payroll and ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct audits to maintain data integrity and manage payroll tax registrations and compliance matters
- Support administration of benefits programs and assist employees with payroll and benefits-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll administration experience, with multi-state experience preferred
- Familiarity with Paylocity, HiBob, or similar HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll compliance requirements
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with Google Workspace and AI tools
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
