Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to deliver global broad-based compensation programs and provide strategic support to corporate functional teams
- Manage compensation policies, ensuring consistency in job architecture and pay banding frameworks across the organization
- Design incentive programs and drive change management strategies and training initiatives related to compensation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
- 12 years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in data modeling, compensation tools, Excel, and HRIS (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
- Demonstrated success in managing enterprise change and global program implementation
