Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Broad-Based Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to deliver global broad-based compensation programs and provide strategic support to corporate functional teams
  • Manage compensation policies, ensuring consistency in job architecture and pay banding frameworks across the organization
  • Design incentive programs and drive change management strategies and training initiatives related to compensation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
  • 12 years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in data modeling, compensation tools, Excel, and HRIS (Workday preferred)
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated success in managing enterprise change and global program implementation
