- Initiate and monitor background checks and collect essential documents from new hires
- Collaborate with the recruiting and HR teams to ensure a seamless transition for new employees
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar administrative role
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Google Drive, G-Chat)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
