A company is looking for a Director of Medical Staff Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs a team engaged in licensing, credentialing, and privileging of providers and clinicians while implementing process improvements
• Manages workflow and software to enhance efficiency in licensing, credentialing, privileging, and provider enrollment
• Acts as the subject matter expert on licensing, credentialing, and privileging, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school, or 4-8 years of related experience
• Experience with Qgenda credentialing software is preferred
• Certification in process improvement methodologies is preferred
