Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance onboarding and offboarding processes for a seamless employee experience
- Collaborate on the development and maintenance of the Employee Handbook and other policies
- Manage the performance management process and drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience with a broad view of HR functions
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices across the U.S
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Experience in managing employee relations and hiring
