Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to join their People team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance onboarding and offboarding processes for a seamless employee experience
• Collaborate on the development and maintenance of the Employee Handbook and other policies
• Manage the performance management process and drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with a broad view of HR functions
• Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices across the U.S
• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Experience in managing employee relations and hiring
