A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist to join their People Ops team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document processes related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
- Administer benefits, leaves of absence, and ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain employee data integrity and ensure corporate compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in a People Operations role, with at least 4+ years in startups
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws in the US, UK, and Canada
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, HRIS administration, benefit administration, and ATS platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for program development and continuous improvement
