Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Advisor for a temporary remote assignment in the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting for US-based FTE roles across various functions while handling approximately 20 requisitions at a time
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic guidance and insights to support hiring decisions
  • Utilize Jobvite to track requisitions and ensure consistency in hiring practices while delivering a high-quality candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in biotech or life sciences
  • Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions across functions
  • Familiarity with Jobvite or other ATS platforms is preferred
  • Knowledge of US employment laws and recruitment best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and MS Outlook/Office
