Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Advisor for a temporary remote assignment in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting for US-based FTE roles across various functions while handling approximately 20 requisitions at a time
- Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic guidance and insights to support hiring decisions
- Utilize Jobvite to track requisitions and ensure consistency in hiring practices while delivering a high-quality candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in biotech or life sciences
- Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions across functions
- Familiarity with Jobvite or other ATS platforms is preferred
- Knowledge of US employment laws and recruitment best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and MS Outlook/Office
