Key Responsibilities
- Support the migration of international teams to a centralized HRIS platform, ensuring secure and accurate payroll data
- Spearhead the implementation of a new Time & Attendance system to streamline administrative processes
- Programmatically manage the HR tech stack, overseeing integrations, permissions, and workflows for efficiency and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 4 - 5+ years of systems experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong project management skills with a history of managing HR technology implementations
- Expertise in GDPR and a strong understanding of data compliance and security
- Prior experience with UKG or other major HR systems is preferred
