Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Talent Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales & Marketing leaders to identify talent needs and develop workforce strategies
• Lead performance management processes and advise on talent development and retention initiatives
• Monitor talent metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform talent decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in HR roles, including HR business partnering and talent management
• Proven experience partnering with leaders to drive talent strategies, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors
• Strong consultative and coaching skills, with proficiency in HR technology and analytics tools
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant HR certifications are preferred
