Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales & Marketing leaders to identify talent needs and develop workforce strategies
- Lead performance management processes and advise on talent development and retention initiatives
- Monitor talent metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform talent decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in HR roles, including HR business partnering and talent management
- Proven experience partnering with leaders to drive talent strategies, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors
- Strong consultative and coaching skills, with proficiency in HR technology and analytics tools
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant HR certifications are preferred
