Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Talent Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring leadership to develop recruitment strategies for Physician and APP talent
• Implement short and long-term hiring plans based on current and future staffing needs
• Manage candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive and efficient process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or five years of physician/APP recruitment experience
• Experience in communicating recruitment metrics to senior leadership
• Knowledge of recruitment, retention, and employment compliance regulations
• Ability to interpret Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements
• Proven record of successful physician and APP recruitment
