Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring leadership to develop recruitment strategies for Physician and APP talent
- Implement short and long-term hiring plans based on current and future staffing needs
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive and efficient process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or five years of physician/APP recruitment experience
- Experience in communicating recruitment metrics to senior leadership
- Knowledge of recruitment, retention, and employment compliance regulations
- Ability to interpret Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements
- Proven record of successful physician and APP recruitment
