Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience managing a global talent acquisition team sourcing international freelance/contract talent
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize forecasting tools for strategic direction
• Proven ability to develop strategic frameworks for diverse talent acquisition needs
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment with a focus on achieving KPI expectations
