Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Human Resources Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert on complex employee relations matters
- Support Labor and Employment Counsel in legal investigations and compliance recommendations
- Oversee Caregiver Relations work, mentor consultants, and maintain HR metrics and dashboards
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in general human resources at the exempt level in a multi-state environment
- 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
- Advanced experience in specialty areas such as labor relations or mediation
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP or PHR, SHRM-CP) upon hire (preferred)
