Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Human Resources Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert on complex employee relations matters
  • Support Labor and Employment Counsel in legal investigations and compliance recommendations
  • Oversee Caregiver Relations work, mentor consultants, and maintain HR metrics and dashboards
Required Qualifications
  • 8 years of experience in general human resources at the exempt level in a multi-state environment
  • 8 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
  • Advanced experience in specialty areas such as labor relations or mediation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP or PHR, SHRM-CP) upon hire (preferred)
