Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and provide technical leadership for all aspects of Learning Systems Management
- Partner with leadership to develop learning system strategies that enhance business performance
- Lead large-scale projects and adapt to changing business needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Learning Systems, HRIS, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating talent and learning systems
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HRIS interfaces
