Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Operations Coordinator (Temporary Part Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics for new hires and departing employees
- Process employee transactions and data updates within the HRIS
- Provide support to employees through the internal ticketing system
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with an HRIS is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills
