Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Coordinator (Temporary Part Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics for new hires and departing employees
  • Process employee transactions and data updates within the HRIS
  • Provide support to employees through the internal ticketing system
Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with an HRIS is preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills
