Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage candidates, focusing on senior-level software engineering and technical talent
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for inbound pipelines in IT, technical support, and associate software engineering roles
- Manage candidate pipelines, coordinate hiring initiatives, and support ATS migrations and optimizations
Required Qualifications
- Proven sourcing experience in software engineering roles
- 2+ years in talent acquisition, technical recruiting, or related fields
- Strong understanding of software engineering skill sets and hiring markets
- Passion for using AI and automation to enhance recruiting processes
- Experience with ATS systems and recruiting analytics
