Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sourcing Focus).

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage candidates, focusing on senior-level software engineering and technical talent
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for inbound pipelines in IT, technical support, and associate software engineering roles
• Manage candidate pipelines, coordinate hiring initiatives, and support ATS migrations and optimizations

Required Qualifications

• Proven sourcing experience in software engineering roles
• 2+ years in talent acquisition, technical recruiting, or related fields
• Strong understanding of software engineering skill sets and hiring markets
• Passion for using AI and automation to enhance recruiting processes
• Experience with ATS systems and recruiting analytics
