Key Responsibilities

- Oversee HR's planning rhythm, budget, and key performance tracking to maximize efficiency
- Act as a communication hub for the CHRO and HR leadership, supporting executive-level meetings and projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's degree strongly preferred
- 10+ years of professional experience with significant exposure to strategy, operations, or project management
- Prior HR or consulting experience strongly desired
- Advanced organizational and project management skills
- Absolute discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
