Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. HR Representative to provide counseling and administrative services related to leave of absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and provide guidance on leave of absence policies and procedures to associates and HR partners
- Monitor third-party vendor performance to ensure timely processing of leave requests and resolve complex leave issues
- Maintain leave of absence data and support the LOA team as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Leave of Absence administration, with knowledge of federal and state laws
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Solid knowledge of LOA policies and applicable regulations
