Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. HR Representative to provide counseling and administrative services related to leave of absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and provide guidance on leave of absence policies and procedures to associates and HR partners
  • Monitor third-party vendor performance to ensure timely processing of leave requests and resolve complex leave issues
  • Maintain leave of absence data and support the LOA team as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in Leave of Absence administration, with knowledge of federal and state laws
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Solid knowledge of LOA policies and applicable regulations
