Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with business priorities
- Lead the design and execution of a global onboarding program to ensure new hires are engaged and productive
- Develop and implement performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5-7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a learning or talent development leadership role
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing learning and engagement strategies at scale
- Strong program management skills with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Data-driven mindset with experience using insights for continuous improvement
