A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Development, Employee Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with business priorities
  • Lead the design and execution of a global onboarding program to ensure new hires are engaged and productive
  • Develop and implement performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5-7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a learning or talent development leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing learning and engagement strategies at scale
  • Strong program management skills with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using insights for continuous improvement
