Pennsylvania Licensed Nurse Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Independent Review Nurse Manager responsible for overseeing clinical independent review operations and strategic growth of IRO contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, mentor, and manage a team of independent review nurses, including hiring and performance evaluations
• Conduct independent clinical reviews of medical records and prepare written summaries and recommendations
• Partner with leadership to develop strategies for growing the IRO and track key performance indicators

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of clinical experience with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within an IRO or health plan's medical review department
• Proven experience in building and managing operational processes and teams
• Expertise in clinical guidelines and healthcare regulations
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Security Clearance
