Key Responsibilities
- Develop trusted relationships with leadership by educating them on best practices in talent management and organizational effectiveness
- Partner with business leaders to deliver tailored HR solutions that align with business priorities
- Assist with key talent initiatives, including employee engagement programs and leadership development
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
- Proven ability to build credibility and educate leaders as a strategic HR advisor
- Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Experience with workforce planning, change management, and talent strategy execution
- Data-savvy with the ability to leverage HR metrics and analytics to guide decisions
