Required Qualifications

• 5 years of healthcare recruitment experience in lieu of a degree, required
• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• Technical understanding of Workday ATS, preferred
• Experience with sourcing hard-to-fill positions
• Ability to adapt in a continuously changing environment
