Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of strategic recruiting experience, preferably in technical recruiting
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and recruiting tools
- Familiarity with HR fundamentals, including compliance and onboarding
- Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms
