Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of strategic recruiting experience, preferably in technical recruiting
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and recruiting tools
  • Familiarity with HR fundamentals, including compliance and onboarding
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms
