Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CCP) are advantageous
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in global compensation/benefits management; sales compensation expertise preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of global compensation and benefits trends, best practices, and legal requirements
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
