Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global compensation and benefits strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead compensation programs ensuring competitiveness, equity, compliance, and adaptation to regional variations
- Conduct market analyses providing data-driven recommendations to executive teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CCP) are advantageous
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in global compensation/benefits management; sales compensation expertise preferred
- Extensive knowledge of global compensation and benefits trends, best practices, and legal requirements
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
