Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process including job description creation, candidate sourcing, and management from application to offer
  • Conduct structured interviews and present concise candidate packets to clients
  • Collaborate with clients to align on role requirements and maintain candidate quality and pipeline hygiene
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in BPO, SMB, or services environments
  • Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to clients
  • Strong judgment on candidate quality using structured interviews and scorecards
  • Solid ATS hygiene and proficiency with Zoom and Google Workspace
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn in a continuous improvement environment
