Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process including job description creation, candidate sourcing, and management from application to offer
- Conduct structured interviews and present concise candidate packets to clients
- Collaborate with clients to align on role requirements and maintain candidate quality and pipeline hygiene
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in BPO, SMB, or services environments
- Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to clients
- Strong judgment on candidate quality using structured interviews and scorecards
- Solid ATS hygiene and proficiency with Zoom and Google Workspace
- Open to feedback and eager to learn in a continuous improvement environment
