Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze market data for all positions
- Develop and recommend competitive salary structures based on market data
- Provide advice on compensation issues to leadership at all levels
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Finance
- Prior experience in business writing and analytical duties
- Experience in a Human Resources department preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- Ability to acquire functional knowledge of PeopleSoft
