Senior Workforce Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workforce Strategist to lead enterprise AI and workforce transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-wide workforce strategies aligned with AI adoption and business growth
• Partner with the Enterprise AI program team to integrate workforce strategy with automation and upskilling initiatives
• Advise executives on workforce implications of AI adoption, including role design and change management

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in workforce strategy, organizational design, or HR strategy
• Strong understanding of AI/automation trends and their implications for the workforce
• Experience in enterprise-wide transformation programs
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Organizational Development or related field preferred
