A company is looking for a Program Group Administrator to provide administrative support for the efficient operation of the Lynchburg/Charlotte Unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and compliance
- Facilitate rehiring and employee reactivations, ensuring accurate documentation and payroll setup
- Process weekly payroll, verify employee timekeeping, and address payroll-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Full-time availability with flexibility for evening or weekend work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Google Docs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with virtual training and remote work
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
