Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated talent, learning, and change strategies aligned with business priorities
- Partner with HR leadership to operationalize talent programs and build internal capabilities
- Act as a senior voice in external talent communities and represent the organization at events
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of leadership experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in relevant fields
- Proven success in leading enterprise-wide talent and change initiatives
- Strong knowledge of modern learning technologies and experience design
- Ability to influence and advise senior executives and cross-functional teams
