Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a People Business Partner, with 2+ years supporting Sales leadership
- Expertise in headcount planning and workforce management in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and understanding of GTM organizations
- Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of driving initiatives
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights, even with incomplete information
