Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted thought partner and coach to senior leaders across the Sales organization
• Provide support and guidance on performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning
• Drive the execution of critical People programs and assess organizational health for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a People Business Partner, with 2+ years supporting Sales leadership
• Expertise in headcount planning and workforce management in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and understanding of GTM organizations
• Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of driving initiatives
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights, even with incomplete information
