Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for key EPD functions across various hiring managers or regions
- Influence and partner effectively with senior leaders, managing relationships as a subject matter expert in technical recruiting
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements focused on technical hiring
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience in technical talent acquisition, preferably in a senior TA role within a fast-growing SaaS company
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve technical recruitment processes
- Strong market knowledge in EPD, AI, and product development
- Ability to work independently, setting work priorities and timelines
