Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fixed Term Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for key EPD functions across various hiring managers or regions
  • Influence and partner effectively with senior leaders, managing relationships as a subject matter expert in technical recruiting
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements focused on technical hiring
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience in technical talent acquisition, preferably in a senior TA role within a fast-growing SaaS company
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve technical recruitment processes
  • Strong market knowledge in EPD, AI, and product development
  • Ability to work independently, setting work priorities and timelines
