Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in executive search, focusing on HR and/or Legal leadership roles
- Experience running an executive search practice or playing a senior role within one
- Deep understanding of embedding AI and automation in the search process
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at the executive level
