Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in executive search, focusing on HR and/or Legal leadership roles
• Experience running an executive search practice or playing a senior role within one
• Deep understanding of embedding AI and automation in the search process
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at the executive level
• A human-first mindset with a commitment to ethical and inclusive recruiting
