Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiting Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and enhance the employer brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Source and evaluate candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Develop strategic recruiting plans and provide market insights to inform hiring decisions
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, particularly in a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record in hiring for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Operations, Finance, and HR roles
  • Strong understanding of the Go-to-Market function and relevant metrics
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
