A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing HR support and resolving issues
- Maintain HR systems and ensure accuracy of employee data and compliance with regulations
- Partner with HRBPs and leadership to build scalable HR processes and contribute to HR projects
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as an HR Admin, HR Generalist, or similar position
- Experience in implementing and enforcing HR policies and managing employee relations
- Thorough knowledge of relevant legal/compliance regulations (ADA, FMLA, EEO, etc)
- Proficiency in GSuite and HR software programs
- Experience working with a fast-growing company is a plus
