Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing HR support and resolving issues
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure accuracy of employee data and compliance with regulations
  • Partner with HRBPs and leadership to build scalable HR processes and contribute to HR projects
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience as an HR Admin, HR Generalist, or similar position
  • Experience in implementing and enforcing HR policies and managing employee relations
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant legal/compliance regulations (ADA, FMLA, EEO, etc)
  • Proficiency in GSuite and HR software programs
  • Experience working with a fast-growing company is a plus
