A company is looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full employee lifecycle documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Oversee compensation and benefits processes, including budgeting and payroll inputs
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR records, compensation & benefits, or HR analytics
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven experience with compensation budgeting and payroll processes
- Experience managing HR records across multiple regions is a strong plus
- English B1+ proficiency and native Russian speaker
