Key Responsibilities
- Drive divisional performance by supporting managers in developing strong cultures and providing consistent feedback
- Ensure an engaged and inclusive team culture by analyzing data trends and developing actionable insights
- Support organizational design and talent planning efforts, including succession planning and career development for top performers
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of work experience, with 5 years in strategic talent roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is strongly preferred
- Experience providing counsel to senior leaders, including C-Suite executives
- Strong background in workforce planning, performance management, and organizational design
- Deep knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
