Key Responsibilities
- Configure supervisory organizations, roles, and security groups
- Maintain user access and validate permissions
- Support configuration of hires, terminations, and job change workflows
Required Qualifications/Skills
- 1-3 years HRIS or HR operations experience; Workday exposure preferred
- Familiarity with HCM processes and system security
- Ability to work under guidance of a Functional Lead
