Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews
- Coordinate and improve the onboarding process for new hires
- Administer employee benefits programs and maintain accurate employee records
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist or specialist capacity
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Experience with recruiting and handling people issues
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
