Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- 7+ years of HR operations experience, including 3 years with Workday tools
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Workday business process configuration
- Proven experience in leading global HR projects and process improvements
- Experience in a global organization with varying regional requirements
