Key Responsibilities

• Lead global HR operations services ensuring consistency and compliance
• Oversee Talent Management product ownership and drive configuration improvements in Workday
• Develop HR process documentation and leverage Workday Reporting & Analytics for actionable insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
• 7+ years of HR operations experience, including 3 years with Workday tools
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Workday business process configuration
• Proven experience in leading global HR projects and process improvements
• Experience in a global organization with varying regional requirements
