Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner for the Business, Operations, and Technology (BOT) Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with business objectives to enhance organizational performance
• Support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies for technology professionals
• Analyze HR metrics to develop solutions and drive change management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a consultative role
• Experience supporting IT functions and strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Familiarity with data analytics and project management in a dynamic environment preferred
